Yesterday my sister got married! We’ve been keeping it a secret because they wanted a small celebration with just family and to surprise everyone else. It might seem unusual but I think one of the best things about doing it this way was that we got to spend time as a new family together. Eating, drinking, laughing (watching England lose) and getting to know each other better without the dilution that having a bigger wedding party would inevitably bring. (Not that this is necessarily a bad thing, but in this case keeping it small felt right.)
I had my roles. I made head dresses and took the photos. I’m no pro but I think both came out ok. I’ll let you be he judge of that once I’m done editing the photos.
